1. Who we are
AI Capital ("we") operates aicapital.io from Stockholm, Sweden and Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@aicapital.io.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us in the access request: investor type, indicative range, areas of interest, email, name, and phone number. We do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics profiles.
3. How we use it
To review your request, reply personally, and — if access is granted — to match you with companies that fit your stated profile and contact you about them. Nothing else.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the steps you request before entering a relationship with us (reviewing your request) and our legitimate interest in operating a private introduction service. Where consent is required, we ask for it explicitly.
5. Sharing
Your details are never sold and never shared with a company or third party without your consent. Service providers that host our infrastructure process data on our instructions under contract.
6. Retention
Declined or dormant requests are deleted within 24 months. Active relationships are retained for as long as the relationship lasts, then archived only as required by law.
7. Security
Data is stored with reputable providers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the people who review requests.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability at any time, and you may object to processing. Email us and we will act within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
9. International transfers
Because we operate from Sweden and the UAE, your data may be processed in both. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published here applies, dated at the top of this page.
