2. Nature of the service
AI Capital is a private venture platform that reviews seed-stage AI companies and, at its sole discretion, makes private introductions to investors. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of securities, investment advice, tax advice, or a solicitation to invest in any jurisdiction. Any investment is made solely between you and the relevant company, on documents you review independently.
3. Eligibility
Access is limited to professional, sophisticated, or otherwise qualified investors under the laws of their own jurisdiction. By requesting access you confirm you meet this standard and make your own investment decisions.
4. Access and introductions
Submitting a request does not guarantee access. We review every request personally and may accept, defer, or decline it without stating reasons. Introductions are made privately, one at a time, and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Confidentiality
Materials shared through an introduction are confidential. You agree not to forward, reproduce, or discuss them outside the introduction without our written consent. We extend the same discretion to you: your identity and details are never disclosed without your consent.
6. No reliance
Any figures, screens, or assessments we share reflect our own judgment at the time and may be wrong. Seed-stage investing carries a substantial risk of total loss. You must conduct your own due diligence.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, marks, and design — belongs to AI Capital and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Capital is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, an introduction, or an investment decision, including indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.
10. Governing law and contact
